Recently made the switch from US Cellular to AT&T. Something went wrong when porting my number and Brandon spent well over an hour making sure we didn't lose it. Top-notch customer service.

This store has an absolutely fantastic employee by the name of Tyler. I came in with a VERY sensitive issue of my boyfriend passing away a few months ago and needing to cancel his line on my account. He was quick to help me & very caring when it came to me talking to the customer service rep on the phone and not being able to hold back my tears. He grabbed me tissues and a water! I am very thankful he was here for me today! Thank you again Tyler!
